Ordered two items for Christmas. They shipped separately.

I received one, and one was lost. To their credit, they reshipped. However, it arrived for too late and I ended up purchasing something else for a gift. So, I have to return.

Did the self return, said a label would be emailed to me. Nothing. Used live chat, they said they also emailed a label to me. Still I get nothing in my email.

I've repeated the customer service chat 6+ times, each time stating they have emailed me a label and I have never gotten it. I continue to receive several marketing emails from wwe shop DAILY but somehow a return label cannot go thru?

I am under the impression they are not providing it to me so I cannot return the item. Won't shop with them again.

I am a long time customer my kids must have like 50 wwe shirts and I do as well I have not purchased in awhile but 2 weeks ago I did my kids wanted some shirts from there so I said fine and placed the order so the delivery date comes and I get an email around 2pm saying your items were delivered keep in mind I was home with my family the hole time no bell nothing I go outside and nothing is there so I call wwe shop and speak to a guy first tells me oh dont worry hes probably running 20 minutes behind but if not dont worry if it dont come by tomorrow call them back he tells me that dont sound right either he says some times they mark it delivered by mistake he not they will replace it so I was not happy but had no choice so I waited and waited and of course nothing came so I call them 9 am and I tell the rep whats going on she says ok no problem they will take care of it her name is dahlila but my supervisor has to call you back within couple hours and from there he will check stock or refund u if they are not available so again I am very upset at this point I say ok I wait 3 and half hours and what a surprise nobody calls so I call them and ask to speak to a supervisor and they say oh maybe I can help you can you tell me whats going so I did and this clown tells me oh no dont worry you have to July 15 and then call back it has to be 10 business days they just marked it wrong meanwhile the tracking number says that they left it by my front door I said what am I stupid I call back in a week and you people say to me it say you had it delivered I said what happened to the supervisor calling me back in 2 hours he says no it will be 24 hours I have called 6 times no supervisor has called me back I am disputing this charge and I not buy anything from wwe shop again they tell you sign a shipping claim form that you did not receive the item and they will rush deliver the items to you then they sneak in the investigation can take 14 days then they process its one game after the other trust me DONT BUY NOTHING FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY
